Do you work exclusively on request, or do you also offer standard collections?
We only produce on demand and work with supplied designs. We don’t have a standard collection, but we’re happy to connect you with a designer who can help create one.
What is the process from design to delivery?
Once your design is correctly submitted, we create a digital proof for your approval. After approval, we proceed with production.
Can I submit my own design for a rug or carpet?
Absolutely! That’s exactly what we do.
What is the minimum order or smallest size you produce?
We can produce rugs from as little as 1 m².
Can you provide samples for presentation or colour checking?
Yes, samples can be ordered in 1 m² sections, featuring a selected area of your design.
Where are the carpets produced?
All our products are made in Belgium.
What is your average lead time?
Approximately 10 working days.

What file types and resolutions are suitable for submitting my design?
We accept high-resolution files; for specific requirements, please consult our technical sheet.
Are there any limitations regarding design, size or shape?
We work with standard roll widths of 2 or 4 meters, which can be fully utilised. If the full width isn’t used, it will still be invoiced.
Does the print hold up under heavy use or in commercial spaces?
Definitely. We help you choose the right quality to match your expectations and intended use.

Do you make stair runners entirely custom?
Yes, we produce exactly to your provided measurements and design.
Are your stair runners suitable for heavy-use areas like hotels or public spaces?
Yes, we select the appropriate quality together with you to suit the specific project or location.
What finishing options are available for stair runners?
You can choose between overlock stichin or invisible binding.
Can you also create a matching rug or entrance area carpet?
Absolutely – just send us the measurements and design, and we can produce it in the same or a complementary quality.
Event flooring
Can the carpets be reused for multiple events?
This depends on the chosen quality.
How quickly can you deliver for a trade show or event?
Our standard lead time is 10 working days.

How should I maintain a printed carpet or rug?
This depends on the selected quality. Please refer to our technical sheets for the best maintenance advice.

What materials do you use for carpets, rugs and stair runners?
We work with polyamide and wool.
What fire certification do your carpets have (e.g. Bfl-s1)?
This depends on the chosen quality. Please consult the technical sheets available on our website.
Are the materials suitable for use with underfloor heating?
This also depends on the selected quality. Refer to our technical sheets for detailed specifications.
Applications & Creative Possibilities
Can you produce carpets in organic or asymmetrical shapes?
Absolutely! Based on roll widths of 2 or 4 meters, we can cut any shape imaginable and finish it as you wish.
Can the same design be extended across floor, stair and wall surfaces?
Yes, although if different materials are used, slight colour variations may occur. It’s best to inform our team early and request advice.
Can you match the rug or carpet exactly to the interior concept (colour, shape, texture)?
Yes – we produce exactly what you design, fully aligned with your interior vision.
How detailed can the print be (lines, gradients, fine elements)?
This depends on the chosen quality. Our team is happy to advise if in doubt.
Do you offer installation or mounting services?
No, we specialise in printing exceptional quality carpets and rugs. If needed, we can connect you with trusted professionals for installation.
